This page describes the cookies we use to deliver the Service (eu.app.getpera.com)
The Service uses the first-party cookies listed below.

| csrftoken | A Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) token. Used to ensure the validity of data sent to our servers. |
| locale | Records the user's preference for UI locale. |
| pera_analytics | Used in auditing and tracking API usage |
| sluser-session-id | The user's session key. Used to map a web request to a Service user for authorization and authentication. |
HR users (Customers)
HR users that log in to the Platform may communicate with Pera (for example to request support) via an Intercom chatbot. In this case, the following cookies are used.

| intercom-session-xxxxxx | Allows logged-in end users to maintain access to their past conversations even on pages where logged-in requests are not being sent. The cookie also supports Messenger analytics reporting. |
| intercom-device-id-xxxxxx | Identifies each unique device that interacts with the Messenger for security purposes. |
